About Limitless Paths
Learning Without Limits
Limitless Paths was created with one goal: to help students succeed without stress. Every child learns differently, and with the right strategies, all students can feel capable, confident, and proud of what they accomplish.
About Allison:
Hi, I’m Allison Berger. As an experienced educator, I’ve been supporting students across the country with personalized academic coaching, test prep, and homeschool instruction. I love helping students, especially those who are neurodiverse, discover what works best for them. My approach is practical, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that every challenge is “figureoutable.”

Our Mission
At Limitless Paths, we believe every student learns in their own way. Our mission is to help students discover what approaches work best for them, whether that means breaking big projects into manageable steps, building stronger study habits, or finding strategies that match their learning style.
We create a space where students feel supported, encouraged, and challenged to grow. By learning how they learn best, students gain the confidence and independence to carry those skills into every stage of life.
Personalized Support. Limitless Results.
Allison's Bio
K-12 Teaching Experience
I have taught students across all grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade. In traditional classrooms, I focused on building strong foundations in reading, writing, grammar, and math. In my outside classes, I teach advanced reading, writing, grammar, and SAT preparation. I also work as a full-time homeschool tutor for high school students, including a tenth grader I currently support.
Higher Education Leadership
I went on to work in higher education as both a college instructor and admissions director. In these roles, I guided undergraduate and graduate students through major transitions, helping them gain confidence and move toward their goals.
Specialized Training
I’m a certified teacher in both Pennsylvania and Florida (K–6 in Pennsylvania, K–12 Special Education in Florida). I’ve worked extensively with neurodiverse students, supporting them in discovering strategies that highlight their unique strengths and learning preferences.
Advanced Study
I hold a Bachelor’s in Anthropology and Sociology from Lafayette College, a Master’s in Organizational Development from Penn State, and I’m currently a Ph.D. candidate in Higher Education. My research focuses on student belonging and success, a passion that guides my work every day.

Core Values
Every student can learn.
With the right support, all students can grow, thrive, and succeed.
Writing is a skill, not a gift.
Confidence comes from practice and guidance, not perfection.
Everything is figureoutable.
Neurodiversity is a strength.
Students who think differently bring creativity, persistence, and unique talents.
Success looks different for everyone.
Each student’s path is personal, and goals should honor their individuality.
Challenges are opportunities to problem-solve and build resilience.
